Shipping policy

Items will be processed and shipped between 5-7 business days. If more time is needed to process your order, you will receive an email from thetianamadden@gmail.com with details on when you should to expect your order to ship.

Once your order is shipped and tracking info is updated, please use the USPS website to track your order.

If in the event USPS is behind on shipping, The Tiana Madden is not responsible for late deliveries. The Tiana Madden is also not responsible for lost, soiled, or damaged packages. In the event this does happen, you can reach out to thetianamadden@gmail.com to receive an accommodation (a discount or free shipping) to be used on future purchases.
